We provide this service to customers with the assistance of Certipost (Partnership with Certipost), an experienced and reliable company in e-invoicing.

How e-billing works
• Certipost’s e-billing platform, CertiONE, allows business partners to exchange crucial business documents in a secure, user-friendly and legally-compliant environment
• The Bizmail ONEway account is an easy, fast and secure solution comparable to a Webmail environment, but has a higher degree of security and was designed specifically for the exchange of business documents
• Certipost will give you access to your online Bizmail ONEway account in which your invoices are delivered and offers a Helpdesk service
• BasellConnect customers can access their Bizmail ONEway mailbox from their current account in just a few clicks
• The e-invoice is a file package (XML + PDF + Certificate) and is the original legal document
• Store up to 300 e-invoices in your online account before archiving is required
• Remember that an invoice received via fax or as a PDF attachment to an e-mail is just a copy with no legal value - the paper invoice remains the official original document and still needs to be provided
