LyondellBasell surveys polyethylene
customers in Europe
LyondellBasell's goal is to provide customers with world-class products and services. To achieve this objective, customer feedback is essential. Beginning this month, the company will survey its polyethylene customers in Europe. A selected number of customers will be interviewed by global consulting firm Townsend Solutions; several other European polyethylene producers are also sponsoring 2 dedicated surveys for HDPE and LDPE/LLDPE, which are designed to take a comprehensive look at customer satisfaction in the industry.
The surveys will help the company identify changing customer needs, how effectively needs are being met, and suggestions for enhancing products and services. Customer comments are vital to helping LyondellBasell continue its mission of providing the best, most innovative and value-adding products and services possible.
